How do I book a picnic?

You can submit a  reservation request on our website, a staff member will be in contact within 48 hours to schedule your picnic

What if I Have Food Allergies or Preferences?

Please contact us via email through our contact form to inform us of any food allergies or preferences you or your guests my have. We are happy to my accommodations.

Will My Picnic Look Exactly Like the Photos?

Please note that differing locations, special requests, weather and availability of certain supplies may alter the picnic outcomes slightly. If there is something specific that you desire to be included, please contact us via email so we can do our best to make your picnic perfect.

Are Children Included in the Guest Count?

Please include all children over 3 years old as individual guests.

Will a Staff Member Be At Our Picnic The Whole Time?

Someone will be available at your picnic upon your arrival. Once settled you will be given privacy for your special event and a staff member will be available via txt or call if you should need anything. 

Can I Leave Early?

If the need arises that you are unavailable to stay through the entire reservation time. Please notify a staff member 30 minutes prior to leaving. Please note: You are responsible for the picnic items until a staff member can return to pack up.

What are my food options?

Each picnic has a description for the food provided by The Gold Standard Luxury Picnics, however you are welcome to bring your own food as well. No set up is provided for outside food brought to the picnic. 

Notice For Booking/Cancellation Policy?

A 50% refund will be offered if your picnic is cancelled 14 days or more before your reservation date.

No refunds will be issued if your event is cancelled within 14 days of your date.

We are able to reschedule your reservation with 72 hour notice if there is availability . After that, there is a 20% rescheduling fee to move your reservation.

What if the Weather isn't Good?

If the forecast changes to be unfavorable for an outdoor picnic, we are happy to either move to an indoor location or reschedule for a time when the weather will be more appropriate.

Where is Your Service Area?

The Gold Standard Luxury Picnics is currently serving clients in the Willamette Valley. Our primary service areas are: Sweet Home, Lebanon, Albany, Brownsville, Jefferson and Corvallis. 

Locations outside of our primary service area are subject to an additional travel fee.

Is Alcohol Provided?

No alcohol is provided by The Gold Standard Luxury Picnics

What Are Your Terms and Conditions?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THESE ARE THE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL WORK UNDERTAKEN BY THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS SHALL BE ON THESE TERMS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY VARIED IN WRITING AND AGREED TO BY BOTH PARTIES PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
ALL OF OUR PICNICS REQUIRE A 100% RETAINER THAT IS ONLY 50% REFUNDABLE AND DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. THIS RETAINER COVERS STYLING AND COORDINATION, FLORISTRY AND PICNIC SERVICES TO SECURE THE DATE. THE FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR SERVICE. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CREDIT CARD.

CANCELLATIONS
IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, A CLIENT MAY RESCHEDULE A PICNIC WITHIN A 3 MONTH PERIOD.

BOOKINGS
NO BOOKING WILL BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT OF 100% RETAINER.

EQUIPMENT
ALL THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS EQUIPMENT BELONGS TO THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS AND IS TO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU FOUND IT. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DONE TO THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR ACCORDINGLY. STAINS TO LINEN AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE CLEANED ACCORDINGLY AND MAY RESULT IN DRY CLEANING OR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING CHARGES. DAMAGE OR HARM DONE BY THE EQUIPMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PAYING PARTY, THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR HARM RELATED TO THE PICNIC.

RESCHEDULING
IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE AND MUST BE APPROVED BY THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS AVAILABILITY VARIES. CHANGES TO ORIGINAL BOOKING WILL REQUIRE A 20% RESCHEDULING FEE.

TRAVEL
A TRAVEL FEE WILL APPLY FOR LOCATIONS THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR PREFERRED LOCATIONS.

OTHER
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR HARM CAUSED BY OUR EQUIPMENT, PROVIDED FOOD OR BEVERAGE, EMPLOYEES, OR MEMBERS. BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY RELEASE ALL LIABILITY FROM THE GOLD STANDARD LUXURY PICNINCS.
